Internal
sales person

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Salesperson. You will be required to seek out innovative ways to increase our customers' existing business with Hygiene Systems. You will also identify and pursue new sales opportunities with distributors and resellers.

By working through our existing customers and reviewing the range of products currently or previously purchased, you will be expected to identify new products and services that can be sold to the customer.

You will also manage our buying reports, customer product enquiries and web enquiries on an on-going basis.

Admin sales support to the sales team forms part of the role.

At times customer database clean-up will also be required.

Contact with the client base will be by through telephone, video conference call, marketing campaigns and occasionally setting up appointments for the field sales team.

The Requirements

  • Positive attitude and hands-on approach and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience selling via video conferencing a bonus
  • Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold a valid Australian work permit.

Hygiene
Consultants

The Role

We’re looking for Hygiene Consultants in the Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast regions to join our dynamic sales team. You must be self-motivated and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in solution selling and the development of new business.

You will bring in new business and create strong relationships with our existing customer base. You will manage your own territory and achieve profitable growth in your area.

You must be able to understand the potential customer's business objectives and create a tailored hygiene solution specifically for them.

You must have outstanding communication skills to be able to present to senior business decision-makers.

The Requirements

  • Positive attitude and hands-on approach and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience with solution selling
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Valid Australian driving licence.
  • Positive attitude, hands-on approach, high level of resilience.
  • Exceptional planning, organising and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to close a new business deal and work with existing clients to add value.
  • A proven history of direct sales in the hygiene industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold a valid Australian work permit.

The Rewards

We offer a competitive base salary plus an excellent commission structure. The role comes with either a company car or a vehicle allowance, a laptop and phone.
